The first and most crucial phase is the "site preparation".
As in any new construction project where a new garage floor is being installed by an experienced mason, site preparation is the most important. Many factors enter into the process starting with the location, elevation for code requirements and proper drainage of water away from the new slab, driveway considerations. Other factors include ease of access into the new garage, cost for the project, foundation requirements or grade beam specifications, underground utilities, access around the slav, future grading and landscaping.
Next, we will evaluate the site.
Lake Country Garage Builder's Project Manager, will evaluate the site and advise you on what we feel is the best way to tackle your project. We will stake out the area so you have a good visual of how the building will look in your car or lost. We will show you where doors will be placed along with elevation of your new garage sale. We have found this extremely helpful to our potential customers so they can understand the reason a slab height needs to be at a particular elevation. By calculating the proper elevation, we are able to create your estimate fairly and accurately.
